bresmama Bres Mama - Realistically , I'm just not really into this collection.aside from the
evening wear and a couple of materials being a bit diff. , nothing seems
new or as I haven't seen or worn before and the Colors are just dismal in
most of the pieces. Sorry to be neg. But just wasn't wow'd at all. The
designs were well made but just nothing spectacular. The lengths of the
dresses and skirts falling below the knee a few Inches are notttt something
proportionately pleasing to most women. I feel like that missed the mark.
Had they been right at or right above I wld have liked better but again
,nothing was innovative to the point it hasn't been seen so many times. And
thats fine , but seems like the whole essence of presenting at fashion wk
shld be to present a vision that is innovative and new along w the
designers voice being rep. With a cohesive collection. Which it was , I
assume , but I guess perhaps , I'm just not overly enthused. I know this
designer def. Has talent and a customer base that will buy ,, just not sure
that I want to see these prints and lengths or silhouettes and ivd already
grown tired of seeing them over the last 2 yrs already on the market. I do
appreciate the skill and vision of This designer in some of the evening
wear ,, however ,, realistically not everyone will be able to wear them and
even tho that doesn't effect me , as I can wear many proportions and Styles
etc it just seems like there's no sex appeal in these clothes or anything
appealing to a woman's body. Most of these are not memorable and nothing
stood out as a wow factor. I'm of a decent height and slender build and
still like to wear clothing that accentuates shape and form but if were
talking about women in general ,,, who want to have something wearable that
enhances their appearance and proportion ,. Seems as tho most of these
pieces wld actually take away from the body shape or proportion of the avg.
person and look doubty on many. Just my opinion. I believe had the color
palate been more pleasant , I wldve liked some better. The few pieces w the
shiny material were interesting in terms of the effort to show them ,, but
even still the collection seems dated or dull. Sorry ;(. I don't wanna
disrespect anyone who enjoyed or the designer. Clearly did a great job
presenting for the market that wld be interested and I know there is def.
Talent and great construction overall. So pls forgive for my opinion being
neg. ... Again ,. It is simply my opinion !!
bresmama Bres Mama - Can't help but ask. Everytime I view anyyy collection from fashion wk , I'm
getting an ad at the beginning from some auto insurance company and it's
annoying lol. I never click on ads and have privacy settings to where it
can't be from ads being structured based on anything I do lol so WHYY the
same one and why every time ? Wondering if they sponsored fashion wk or
what. Sorry for comment lol just cldnt help but notice n wondered if anyone
keeps Getting same thing lol
