Wes Anderson - I agree with what most of what you have said and I know that my comment was
pretty over the top and harsh but I wanted to get my point across (which I
didn't do very well). No, I don't think that the all feminists shouldn't
dress up in lingerie's and all of them should be ugly and have messy hair.
The whole point of feminism is that they can wear what they want and not be
judged by men!! I wouldn't call a woman a slut for wearing lingerie and
looking pretty because that's wrong. But, think about it. A lot of Taylor
Swift's fans are young girls. Do you really think that this is a good image
to show young girls and men who watch this just see the "sexy women".
That this is the perfect look. Super skinny, doll like figures. A lot of
these models are quite different from the average person you'd see walking
down the street. It's like the portrayal and image of women in porn! They
are mostly really over the top and not a realistic portrayal of what most
women look like. It goes the same way for men as well! Men are always being
portrayed as muscly, over the top figures in the media and in porn! Loads
of my friends think that the only way to be liked by girls is to have a
beach body and to have a perfect six pack!! And if they don't and they're
skinny and weedy then they're seen as gay!! Both the society that men and
women live in is unfair!!
